Texas Woman's University Master's Degree in Kinesiology with an Emphasis
in Coaching
Program Requirements:
Complete eight NFCC courses;
Complete 24 hours of professional development coursework;
Four additional TWU graduate courses totaling 12 credit hours;
While the majority of the coursework will be taken online, students will attend a
four-day workshop on the TWU campus during the first summer term of the program.
Fees and Tuition: One-time $30 graduate school admission
fee;
Graduate student tuition of in-state is $198 per credit hour and
out-of-state is $479 per credit hour (if there are at least seven Texas
residents in the cohort, then the out-of-state fee will be waived and
all students will pay in-state tuition rates).
Minimal
course fees for both in-state and out-of-state students;
Tuition-fee may increase after the first year of the
program.
Prerequisites:
Official transcripts, two letters of recommendation, a current Vita/resume
and a minimum 3.0 GPA for the last 60 hours of undergraduate study
and a 3.5 GPA for all prior graduate work.

Fastpitch Coaches College Four-Star Master Coach Program
The program consists of four levels, beginning with
a One-Star Master Coach and ending with a Four-Star Master Coach designation. Certificates are awarded yearly, and the lists are updated each January after the NFCA National Convention.

If you do not want credit toward the Master Coach Program, we also welcome

Continuing
Education Units
You also can receive continuing education units through
Mississippi State University. Each class contains 20 hours of instruction,
or two continuing education units.
Check with your state licensing agency before applying for CEUs to make
sure that your particular school district will accept out-of-state credits.
There is an additional $20 per course charge for CEU credits through
Mississippi State.
