At Convention, take part in one of our most popular events — the mentoring workshop presented by SixFour3. Coaches with varying levels of expertise participate in a roundtable setting where everyone can benefit from the discussion of important coaching topics. Quick Out of the Box, a curriculum for new head coaches, is designed to connect new collegiate head coaches with one another, as well as with veteran head coaches in a classroom setting. New head coaches have unique needs when it comes to mentorship. We understand that there is a very small window to successfully instill a culture when taking over a program. The goal of this educational initiative is to shorten the learning curve and help the next generation of champions thrive in their new positions.

The NFCA National Convention is the largest gathering of softball coaches and exhibitors in the nation. Each year, the Convention features numerous ways to get better as a coach, whether you are a rookie or a seasoned veteran. Members receive discounted registration pricing.

Each clinic features five outstanding clinicians who will share ideas, drills, strategies, player development techniques and much more. Our format includes rotating speaker sessions, breaks to visit the vendors, a Q&A panel with the speakers and a social hour of networking and fun. Every speaker is available throughout the two-day event to answer your specific questions and share their insights about the game. Not to mention, we raffle off a LOT of free equipment. The National Fastpitch Coaches College (NFCC) is a unique program that is unmatched in its content and access to the premier coaches in the game.
