Softball Coaching Changes
The NFCA compiles the latest in coaching changes throughout fastpitch softball. Transactions are grouped by month and updated as they become available. Hunter
(Jan. 14/DIII) - Named longtime college and high school coach Mike Fisher head coach.
New York University (Jan. 14/DIII) - Named travel ball coach Victoria Zatko as assistant coach.
William Paterson (Jan. 13/DIII) - Named Passaic Valley High head coach and William Paterson alum Kathy Hill head coach.
California (Pa.) (Jan. 13/DII) - NFCA Hall of Famer Rick Bertagnolli announced his retirement. Nikki Yanchak, who joined the program last year as an assistant coach, will serve as interim head coach for the upcoming 2025 season.
Franklin & Marshall (Jan. 8/DIII) - Announced resignation of head coach Kaitlyn Cooper.
Alverno (Jan. 8/DIII) - Hired longtime high school and travel ball coach Matthew Schmuck as head coach.
Covenant (Jan. 7/DIII) - Added recent Clarks Summit graduate Rebecca Serfass as assistant coach, who played there under new Covenant head coach Bill Higley,
Andrew College (Jan. 6/NJCAA DI) - Ken Decook hired as head coach.
